The website “www.upt.com.tr” put into use in both Turkish and English (shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Site”) and UPT Mobile Archive application put into use in Turkish (shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Mobile Application”) (the Site and the Mobile Application shall be hereinafter referred to as the “Digital Platforms” collectively) are owned by UPT ODEME HIZMETLERİ A.S. (shall hereinafter be referred to as “UPT”), and they are operated by UPT. Any and all kinds of visual and written contents, services and applications, available on our Digital Platforms, are provided by UPT, and the institutions and organizations with which UPT is in cooperation. By visiting the Site and/or using the Mobile Application and utilizing any and all contents and services, provided by means of the Site and/or the Mobile Application, you are deemed to have acknowledges the terms and conditions as prescribed under this "Privacy and Security Policy".

Any and all personal information, obtained from the users on the Site and/or the Mobile Application, is for the intended purpose of the service, and such information may not be disclosed to any third persons unless requested otherwise by the users themselves. In the event that UPT is required to disclose any such information, it may disclose such information in accordance with the authority granted thereto, and the applicable statutory regulations. In cases where it is requested by the governmental bodies and authorities, to which UPT is subject, to disclose any client information, UPT shall disclose such information to the extent as required, only.

Security of all information, entered on our Digital Platforms, (contact info and all similar information of users) is protected by means of SSL system. Any and all information, to be obtained from the users for all contents, services and products provided through the Digital Platforms, is for the intended purpose of the respective service, and protected confidentially. Any such information shall not be disclosed to any third person, institution or organization without obtaining the consent of users or unless any statutory obligation is imposed therefor. Such information may be accessed by UPT's personnel and employees of the respective institutions and organizations, in which UPT acts in cooperation, only for the purpose of fulfilling the service, as requested by the users of the Digital Platforms, and to the extent that the service requires to do so. Accordingly; users of the Digital Platforms shall be responsible for providing accurate and perfect information. UPT shall not assume any personal, statutory or penal liability for any direct and/or indirect, pecuniary and/or nonpecuniary, negative and/or positive loss(es) or damage(s), as well as any other possible loss(es)/damage(s) and cost(s) which might arise from provision of imperfect, inaccurate or misleading information.

The copyright for any page screens, information, any and all kinds of contents, themes, applications and materials available on the Digital Platforms, as well as for arranging the same is held by UPT, and the institutions and organizations with which UPT acts in cooperation. The copyrights, registered trademarks, patent rights and/or any other intellectual and industrial property rights on any information and materials, provided on the Site and the application, are hereby reserved on behalf of UPT. The right to use any comments and remarks, posted on the Digital Platforms, as well as the names, provided together with such comments and remarks, including but not limited to any royalty and such other rights as provided under the Law Nr.5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works is held permanently, irrevocably and exclusively by UPT, as well as the institutions and organizations with which UPT acts in cooperation, without subject to any royalty.

Although any and all information provided in the contents on the Digital Platforms is up-to-date, it is crucial to emphasize that UPT shall not be held liable for any damage/loss to arise from any erroneous, imperfect or late information available on the Site.

UPT shall not assume any personal, statutory or penal liability for any direct and/or indirect, pecuniary and/or nonpecuniary, negative and/or positive loss(es) or damage(s), as well as any other possible loss(es)/damage(s) and cost(s) which might arise from use of any and all kinds of information, assessment and comment as well as statistical figures and values on the Digital Platforms.

UPT shall not be liable for any direct or indirect pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages which might arise from any failure, interruption arising in any potential line and/or system failures, or any delays in transmission of information, or any computer viruses.

It is not guaranteed that the contents, qualifications and services of any site, connected by means of direction to any third parties' websites and services on the Site, are of high quality, and that any information and data available thereon are accurate, perfect and unchanged. UPT shall not be liable for any such information and data. The user shall assume any and all liabilities and risks with respect to such sites.

UPT is entitled to make any amendments and updates unilaterally to these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

UPT, the developers of any and all kinds of the contents available on the Digital Platforms, its employees, the persons and entities authorized by UPT shall not assume any statutory or penal liability for any and all claims for any loss(es) or damage(es) that may subsequently arise from any failure to have read such terms, or any failure to act in violation of these terms in spite of the fact that such terms have been read.
