Ayşegül Adaca Oğan

Ayşegül Adaca Oğan holds a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University as well as two MA degrees – one in Engineering Management from Stanford University, and the other from Işık University in Business Administration. She launched her banking career in 1998. She has worked both individual banking and consumer financing both in Türkiye and overseas. She joined Aktif Bank in 2015 as its Deputy General Manager for Individual & Digital Banking. Since 2017, she has served as a board member for BKT Albania Banka, BKT Kosova Banka, and ALBtelekom, as well as Executive Director of the Board of Aktif Bank. As of 2021, she is the General Manager of and a board member for Aktif Bank.
