Murat Kastan

Born in Trabzon in 1981, he graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration and has 19 years of experience in Financial Institutions. Murat Kastan joined UPT in March 2019 as Head of International Partnerships and Executive Vice President and was later appointed as CCO. In October 2023, Murat Kastan was appointed as CEO of UPT Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para A.Ş., Turkey's first licensed money transfer company.
