About Fraud

- For the purpose of being protected against any fraud and circumvention, please do not send money to any person whose is not known to you, under any circumstance whatsoever.

- If and when you are told that you have earned a reward, and asked to pay any tax or commission to receive such reward, please act mindfully by remembering that it might be an attempted fraud.

- Please be careful against any person who might ask for money from you by introducing her/himself as a police officer, public prosecutor or public official, on the phone. No public official would ask you to perform a money transfer by calling you under any circumstance whatsoever.

- If and when you are told that you are inherited from any of your relatives living abroad, and asked to pay any tax or commission to receive such heritage, please act mindfully by remembering that it might be an attempted fraud.

- Please keep any and all details about your money transfer transactions confidential at all times. Please contact the law enforcement officers and UPT Odeme Hizmetleri A.S., if and when you are of the opinion that someone is trying to defraud you.
